Description From Owner:

• Currently situated on 20 acres in Newcastle, just east of Bowmanville, our highbush cultivated blueberries are available throughout the month of August.
• A new featured blueberry recipe of the season is offered to our customers.
• Also available, an outdoor patio with limited seating and featuring a selection of blueberry desserts, cold drinks and coffee.
• Falcolner, from Golden Creek Bird Farm in Barrie on specified days controls our bird problem with his hawks and falcons.
• Recipe for blueberry sauce..1/2 c.water, 4 c. blueberries, 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar; in heavy saucepan, bring blueberries and water to boil, add flour and sugar, cook until thick. Add tablespoon of lemon juice.
