• Currently situated on 20 acres in Newcastle, just east of Bowmanville, our highbush cultivated blueberries are available throughout the month of August.
• Try our own Blueberry Organic Ice Cream (wheat and gluten free)
• Tranquil patio overlooking the farm with a cafe featuring specialty blueberry teas, coffee, cold drinks and a selection of blueberry desserts.
• Falcolner, from Golden Creek Bird Farm in Barrie on specified days controls our bird problem with his hawks and falcons.
• Recipe for blueberry sauce..1/2 c.water, 4 c. blueberries, 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar; in heavy saucepan, bring blueberries and water to boil, add flour and sugar, cook until thick. Add tablespoon of lemon juice.
