- Pop. 1,328. Part of the Town ofCaledon, Reg. Mun. of Peel on Hwy 10 and C. Rd. 24, 24 km NW of Brampton.
- William Stubbs and George Bell settled in 1821, and the first store was opened by George Wright.
- The post office was established as Charleston in 1838, and the following year the name was changed to Caledon.
