• We specialize in retail and wholesale bulk meat. 10 lb. freezer orders of beef, pork and poultry are popular. Sausages and patties prepared on site.
• Beef: rib, T-bone, sirloin, chuck, blade, cube steaks. All beef patties, ground beef, liver, etc.
• Pork: loin, pork, pork butt chops, ground pork, ham cutlets, side spare ribs and layer bacon.
• Poultry: whole chickens, clipped wings, boneless breasts, nuggets, fingers and burgers.
• Deli Meat products, condiments, frozen french fries, hash browns, onion rings, onion chips, vegetables, etc.
• Custom barbecuing of all meat products for your special occasion.
