- Pop. 500. In Sidney T., Hastings C., on C. Rd. 4, 6 km. N of Trenton. The post office, established in 1877, was named Gordon Mills.
- In 1884 the name was changed to Glen Millar, later spelled Glen Miller. The community is situated in a glen and is believed to have been named after Alexander Miller, a mill builder who retired here.
