- Pop. 215. Part of the Town of Pelham in the Reg. Mun. of Niagara, 16 km. NW of WeIland.
- The first settlers in North Pelham were John Crowe in 1784 and Jacob Reece in 1786. The community was first known as Cook's Corners. When the post office was established in 1853, the village took its name from the township.
- Pelham derives from the family name of Henry Fiennes Pelham Clinton, Duke of Newcastle.
