- Pop. 1,063. Part of the Town of Fort Erie, Reg. Mun. of Niagara, on Black Cr. and C. Rd. 116, 10 km. W of Fort Erie.
- A post office named Stevensville was established in 1835. The community is said to have been given its name by a carpenter named Stevens, employed to build McCarthy's Hotel.
- When the frame was up, Stevens went to the peak, waving a bottle of liquor, and proclaimed the place Stevensville.
