Called for some take out, the lady on the phone was super sweet, quick ordering, time estimate given and was bang on when I walked in to pick up.
Would definitely stop again.
Boys had burgers and said they were great homemade patties.
Girls had pasta, spinach dip and grilled cheese.
Everything was hot, fresh and tasty.

Have purchased a few items from this firm over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed with the products, nor the service. Dunfords offers fair prices, excellent gear, and is owned and staffed by knowledgeable and helpful people who actually care about customer service. Whenever I phone them, I feel like I am conversing with good friends or relatives. This is an 'old school' business. That fact that I live over 2000 miles' distant and still preferentially deal with Dunfords of Havelock when I could more conveniently buy closer to home, is a testament to how they conduct their business. Top notch outfit.

We checked out The Birdhouse Nature Store, at its new location in Brighton. It has a lot more space than their previous setting. In addition to a wide selection of bird related equipment and food, they also sell other decorations for the garden. It is situated in a century old house and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, where you can relax and enjoy the flowers and trees. It's definitely worth the drive to Brighton!

This is an amazing place and the people are so friendly. If you like to pick your own strawberries and enjoy the beautiful views. This is the place for you, nothing better than that country smell. Owners are Phil and Nicci Kelly and also have family helping them. These strawberries are delicious...
