Hastings Marina is a Municipal facility at the Eastern end of Rice lake. A beautiful location with slip rentals by the day, week, or season. and a great boat ramp that is FREE OF CHARGE TO USE!! . Lots of park area and the grounds are kept it pristine condition. Nice place to hang out and have a picnic and look at the huge beautiful boats on display. A really great asset for boaters and the public alike. If you can, get your Flu shot or Booster and lets protect each other!!!

What a terrific place to enjoy a picnic. This year they poured cement pads, and put new picnic tables on them. The view is beautiful. The gazebo is used for so many things like yoga, and people gathering to chat, and dance. It is accessible for people, because the sidewalk goes right into the gazebo. Boats moor along the water, just after the lock, making it convient to walk the town.

Just the best, cleanest most friendly marina to stop at. No fuel, but 30 and 50 amp service, water and pump out.

We got some local pizza as a family and ate on a picnic table near the docks. It was quite nice there. Lots of picnic tables around to sit on. Lots of parking available. Nice to watch the boats. Hastings has a few nice little restaurants well worth checking out.

This marina is smaller than others but well organized. It's suited in such a quaint little town, restaurants, supermarket, ice cream parlour and little shops are available close by. We came by to get a referral mechanic for our boat from another boater, was shown around the marina and was greeted by friendly staffs. The office is so clean and welcoming. Wish our boat was here. It would be 10 min away from our house....maybe next year.

Hastings is a lovely little village. Every thing you would need on your travels is handy to the dock. Stock up and back on the water in no time.

Monday, August 7, 2017 We must compliment and thank the Hastings Village Marina manager, Wow! service, empathy, and an excellent place to come to. When we first arrived Sunday morning , he was busy making sure the establishment was clean and ready for guests and visitors. The washrooms were immaculate. He welcomed us, gave us directions for parking and using the boat launch - a great start to a day away from the city with friends for a boat ride on Rice Lake. It was when we arrived back that true 'over the edge' service began and we learned first hand what a wonderful community Hastings Village is. When we pulled into the dock, my husband leaped off our boat to help moor it. He managed to fall in a very awkward way and was hurt (He did break a bone in his ankle). Within seconds the manager of the Marina was there to help and call for an ambulance. He remained nearby and was very instrumental in getting help fast- volunteer firefighters arrived first and made the first assessment. The firefighters were efficient, knowledgeable and very sympathetic. The paramedics who carried us off to Campbellford Hospital were also exemplary in my husband’s treatment. . We were in and out of the hospital in under two hours (x-rays included). The couple who came over to help with the boat simply appeared, did the deed and left without waiting for our sincere thanks. Small town people with big hearts - That will be our remembrance of Hastings. David and Nancy Lynn dhlynn@sympatico.ca Burlington, Ontario
