An incredibly cozy cottage resort. It's got a gorgeous lake front, lots of docks for sitting or fishing, beautiful views, and all together comforting atmosphere. The cottages are clean and have ac, the staff is friendly and helpful and there's kayaks and paddle boards to rent. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice cottage getaway.

Southview Cottages Resort is one of the finest, if not the best, resort on Rice Lake. The accommodations are up to date and modern. The management and staff are most friendly and work hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Even if you do not fish there is plenty to do for fun, no matter how young or old you are. Come and enjoy your stay. We have for 45 years!

I have been coming here since a little girl and now we bring our kids here!! This place is amazing.. not only is it clean, safe but the staff is the most friendliest staff. The cottages are super clean with air conditioning. I will say that the tv has very bad reception and maybe 2 channels but who watches tv at a cottage (we bring board games). If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation this is the place to be!! You will not be disappointed!
