We recently visited Lock 27 for a quick lunch and were thoroughly impressed. We ordered the fried cheese curds and sticky chicken tenders, both of which were absolutely delicious and satisfying. The friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the fantastic patio that offers a picturesque view overlooking the water. It created the perfect backdrop for our meal and added to the overall ambiance. Needless to say, we're already planning our next visit to Lock 27. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a stunning setting makes it a must-visit spot.

Stunning location right on the water. Beautiful, panoramic views through the glass railings. Very clean restaurant and outdoor patio, kept in excellent condition. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

I went to Lock 27 Tap And Grill today for lunch and enjoyed myself. I had the fish and chips, they were light and delicious. We sat on the deck overlooking the water shaded by big beautiful trees. As hot as it was today I was completely comfortable. Corinne, the owner was kind and courteous as was the whole staff. I hear there will be entertainment on Saturday, you will likely see me there again then.

This is a hidden gem! Great food, beautiful view, very friendly staff. We’ve enjoyed our stay here so much! We were also lucky to come when there was a live music! Such an atmosphere! Be aware - portions are huge! :) You might need a walk to digest the food. Go to Trent-Severn Waterway - it’s a beautiful spot. And you can grab a coffee/ice-cream from Lockside Trading Co.
