Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
yesterday barely 2 hours into vacation, I had car trouble. UGH!
With a car full of groceries, the motor would barely turn over. I 'm not mechanical but it felt like a battery issue....
In desperation I called Goodkey Service in Stirling hoping against hope that they'd be able to test my battery before closing. Knowing the last delivery from the parts store was at 4 PM, I knew I'd never make it there in time, but at least they could test it and then I'd know ... and stay home to avoid being stranded .
But - they not only squeezed me in with 30 minutes notice - they 'took the liberty to order a battery' - in case it WAS a battery issue. That liberty allowed the new battery to make the last run of the day.....
the battery arrived at the garage less than 10 minutes after I did.....
That kind of service is rare, in my opinion. Instead of being stuck without a car overnight, their foresight had me back home in just over 2 hours.
I rarely do public service announcements but you guys saved my goose !

Kevin and his staff are great friendly people, best mechanic I have found in the area, I live in Belleville and will only take my vehicles here
