On my way from Ottawa to the GTA last week my truck started making a grinding noise from the front passenger side. I pulled into HT&A Repair where they quickly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing, ordered a new hub assembly, and installed it. I was on my way again in just over 2 hours. Paul and his staff are highly experienced and friendly and provided top notch service at a great price. I can't recommend them enough, and only wish they were closer to Ottawa so they could become my regular service location. ,

I was passing through Havelock yesterday (February 20th, 2024), halfway on my journey to Caledon Ontario and needed the advice of a mechanic on a sound from the front of my truck that only appeared to surface in Marmora but was getting increasingly noisy. They took the time during what for most people is the lunch hour to test drive my truck and then jack up the front end before coming to the conclusion that one of my wheel bearings was on its way out. I was just looking for that little bit of extra information to help me make the decision to continue on in my journey, or to turn around and head back home to Ottawa, where my mechanic is. Having head previous experience with wheel bearings, I knew how it could end if I ignored it for much longer. The fine people and mechanics there concurred and gave me some driving advice to make sure my return trip home was successful. Based on this brief interaction, I can wholeheartedly say I wished I lived close enough to Havelock to have these fine people look after my vehicle. I give this business 5 stars and encourage you to trust them with you personal and business vehicles, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Knowledgeable, honest, kind! We were driving from Toronto to Ottawa and my car started to make a weird noise just outside of Havelock. It didn’t feel safe to continue the trip but luckily we were very close to this wonderful repair shop. The two gentlemen working here stopped what they were doing to help us. Turned out that a wheel was loose. They checked and tightened all of the wheels and we were on our way in no time. Thanks so much for the wonderful service!

We had a wheel bearing let go on our travel trailer while going through Havelock. We found Paul @ Havelock Truck & Auto using Google Maps.
