Pop. 2,838. In Cambridge T., Prescott and Russell Cs., on the South Nation Rand C. Rds. 3 & 7, just N ofHwy417, 48 km. E of Ottawa.
First called High Falls, the community was named Casselman in 1898 after Martin Casselman, the ftrst settler, who arrived in 1830.
