Pop. 68. In North Gwillimbury T., Simcoe C. on C. Rds. 3,4 & 89,26 km. SE of Barrie.
In 1871 the place was known as Termill and by 1875 the name had changed to Fennell's Post Office, named after early settler Joseph Fennell. At one time the place was also called Brown's Corners.
