Fixed my parents oven a week after contact with them. My parents are older so they text me when Dale arrived and text me what the problem was after he looked it over. Great communication and would definitely have him back. Nice young man. Thank You for doing a great job.

I have done business with Dale multiple times, he has always been very kind and knowledgeable. Yes sometimes the delivery date can get changed a little but I think in these times of stress we all need to be as kind to one another as possible. I hope I don't have to replace anymore appliances any time soon, but if I do, I will be returning to Dale Locklin Appliance Services....
