In Corley T., Timiskaming Dist. and Ellis T., Sudbury Dist., 90 km. N of Sudbury.
The highest elevation in Ontario is included in three summits of this ridge which rise to heights between 670 m (2,196 ft.) and 693 m (2,273 ft.)
The ridge was named in 1972 from the Ojibwa word 'ishpadina,' meaning 'it is high.'
