Pop. 144. In Grey C. on the Beaver R. and C. Rd. 13,22 km SW of Thornbury which is 41 km E of Owen Sound.
The community was named in 1868, likely after John Wodehouse, fIrst Earl of Kimberley (l826-1902) after whom the famous South African diamond-mining area was also named in 1873.
