Pop. 224. In Ernestown T., Lennox and Addington Cs., on the N Shore of North Ch. of L. Ontario and Hwy 33 and C. Rd. 4, 20 km. SW of Kingston.
A government mill was built in 1784 and the post office opened as Mill Haven in 1852. The place was officially named Millhaven in 1971.
