Pop. 126. In Percy T., Northumberland C. on Burnley Cr., 2 km. SE ofWarkworth and C. Rds. 25 & 29,14 km SW of Campbellford.
This comm¬unity was first known as Lower Percy and nearby Warkworth was called Upper Percy.
Both were named after the T. Percy post office opened here in 1836, but in 1857 Major Israel Humphries renamed Warkworth and Norham after places in Northumberland, England.
