  • Pop. 434. In Mosa T., Middlesex C. on the Thames R. and C. Rds. 1 & 2, 61 km SW of London.
  • The community was named after the frrst permanent settler, John Ward, who arrived in 1810.
  • When the post office opened in 1832 the place was named Mosa after the T. The name was changed in 1856, 11 years before its incorporation as a village.
