My father, mother, sister and I actually rented living space in the original North Simcoe Railway station (Perkinsfield) for some time about 1946 or 1947 or 1948. My father talked of paying $1.00 per month to live there. Is it possible to find a picture of the original station? I found reference on line to there being a replica of this historic station in Perkinsfield. I will visit the area to view and photograph this replica building.
