Pop. 131. In Kitley T., Leeds & Grenville Cs., on C. Rd. 29, 26 km NW of Brockville.
The first settler was Levi Soper and each time his land changed hands the name of the place also changed. At various times it was known as Willson's Corners, Brennan's Corners, Brennanville and Brandenburgh.
When the post office opened in 1852, residents chose the name Frankville, possibly after Frank Wilson.
