Pop. 49. In Augusta T., United Cs. of Leeds & Grenville on C. Rds. 18 & 21,14 km NW of Prescott.
First shown on an 1875 map. Off C. Rd 21 about 1 km E of Roebuck the 500-year-old site of a palisaded Iroquoian village has been excavated.
Earthenware pipes, stone adzes, scrapers, bone needles, knives and pottery bowls have been found.
