Best service and support anywhere. We've now owned 3 Jaycos, and Len's RV has always been there for warranty issues, often fixing items without having to drop off the trailer. Today, Ryan fixed our furnace, stereo, siding, AC, and trim pieces (all warranty), within two and a half hours. Even brand new RVs have issues/ malfunctions. Elida got my list of issues and was prepared for everything. I expected the furnace/AC issue only to be fixed, but they fixed everything, mid-season when they are so busy. This dealership really goes above what I'd expect, and what I read of other dealers. Len's is the best, period.
