We were fortunate enough to have this company come to our place to fix/repair our wifi...great customer service-super friendly, fast service-they were here early too, and Duane Maver was very nice, accommodating and thorough. definately 5 stars from us. We will be using them from now on

Amazing Service with Duane!!!!! Being with Xplornet I had a few issues after being told I could upgrade to higher internet option. Duane came out today to correct my tower signal range as a previous installer (another technician provider) pointed it elsewhere that got me not even a 3 mbps speed. It was very frustrating as I was able to get by with at least emails and some streaming before. Hands Down what was really appreciated was how professional and pleasant Duane was to work with. He took the time to reevaluate my installation (it was originally done in Novemeber where there were no obstructions) and suggested to give me a better 'Clear Line Of Sight' to the tower needed!! I can now run my business, my children have no lags during their schooling and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Duane and the team assisting in resolving the issue! Best service ever!!!
