  • Welcome to The Yoga Factory. Located in between Marmora and Springbrook, the studio is in a renovated former cheese factory situated on the property of the instructor, Karen Caruana, and her husband, Matt Caruana.
  • Built in 1907, the former cheese factory stood empty for 50 years. In the summer of 2012, Matt and Karen renovated part of the building into a warm, sunny and inviting yoga studio.

Karen is a knowledgeable and intuitive teacher...she has the ability to leave one rested and rejuvenated after her classes and wanting to come back for more. I can highly recommend!
