The customer service at Overstock Liquidation is incredible! I had a few questions about some of the products when I went to visit in-person, and the staff worked together on their walkie-talkies to quickly get me the answers I needed. One of the products I was trying to reach was high up, so a staff member offered to run and get a ladder so that they could grab it for me. I sent them a message on Facebook asking other questions when I got home and they were quick to respond with detailed information. All of the staff were friendly and approachable and I am looking forward to returning to this store soon.

Wow what a great experience. message in my order, then add more day of picking up. Picked up my order, so organized, and got everything I ordered. They loaded everything in the pouring rain. Will order again. Thank you again.
